Carryout, Delivery, and Pickup Fees
For events that take place outside of the Memorial Union, delivery and pickup fees are applied to orders under $200.

Carryout

Delivery Only (not applicable to all items, some items require pick up; ISU Alumni Center and Memorial Union do not qualify for delivery-only events)
- 10% service charge

Bar Service Options and Fees
Bar services are available for a maximum of six hours. Sales minimum of $100 per hour must be met (booking party will be billed for difference between sales and minimum).
$75.00 set up fee per bar
$50.00 fee for additional bartender (per bar)
Hosted Bar Service: Booking party pays the bar set up fee and guarantees the minimum sales requirement. Booking party covers the costs of all beverages consumed by guests during the duration of the event. Service fees apply.
Cash Bar Service: Booking party pays bar set up fee and guarantees minimum sales requirements. Guests purchase drinks individually with cash or card.
Wine Service to Guest Tables or Wine Service Only: $30.00 set up fee per 50 guests. Service Fees apply.
Student Groups
Student Group Pricing
Pricing available between 8 am and 10 pm, please ask for before and after hours pricing.
Order deadline is 10 business days prior to the schedule event.
ISU Student Organization Intramural Account Form must be submitted a minimum of 10 business days prior to the event for student group pricing to be valid. Events not submitting an intramural form will be charged at full price.
Intramural payment must be used to qualify for student group pricing.
90% of the group attending the function must be registered ISU Students.
Groups of more than 100 guests require prior approval from the Catering Manager to receive Student Group Pricing.
All Facility Fees and Service Fees apply.
Student Group Pricing includes:
- Disposable service (plated entrees must have china service)
- 2 hours of service
- Additional delivery charges may apply
- Table covers avaialble at an additional charge
